Introduction
- We refer to our RFCs as either OSDV RFCs or Election Technology RFCs
- We propose that RFCs be written using Google Docs, and then published as HTML. Here's an example
- One of the wonderful things about the original rfcs is that they are supremely terse. They never use 2 words where one will do. Sometimes you have to read a sentence very carefully to see all it's logical consequences. I'd suggest that we should adopt that style. Here's some recent historical context that was fun to read.
