{[Imported}} [this needs to be revised] OSDV people are the staff of the OSDV Foundation, he contributors to OSDV projects and activities, and the members of the foundation's board of directors. In addition to the people you can read about here, there is also a group of people who are not actively engaged in OSDV projects, but do provide advice, guidance and input for OSDV's technical activities and plans. This Ad Hoc Advisory Group consists of people with significant experience and background in voting, technology, reliability, and security.

Staff
Greg Miller is Co-Director of OSDV. His varied career in the tech business has been as technologist, lawyer, entrepreneur, executive, venture advisor, and public policy contributor. At OSDV, Greg is responsible for development, marketing, outreach, and program management.
John Sebes is Co-Director and Chief Technology Officer of OSDV. He has worked in information technology business for over 25 years, as a software developer, program manager, Silicon Valley entrepreneur, and information security consultant. At OSDV, John sets the agenda for technical work, and occasionally gets to do some himself.
Matthew Douglass
Sarah Nelson is Director of Outreach Strategy at OSDV. Her background is in interactive marketing strategy and information architecture/design for web-based applications. At OSDV, Sarah is responsible for overseeing marketing and outreach strategy and programs.
Contributors
Hatti Hamlin is a 36-year communications veteran who manages her own firm after having served in leadership positions during several years at Publicis and Fleishman-Hillard. Hatti contributes to OSDV's communications and PR efforts.
John Hornbaker is an experienced product leader with a proven track record of delivering a wide range of products and projects within time and budget constraints using Agile methods. John's several contributions are based in part on his experience managing voting systems products.
Sameer Patel is the CEO and Co-Founder of ZapTXT, a monitoring and notification platform that lets users define, monitor, and react to critical, time -sensitive events, customer and prospect intelligence, and social-media content hidden inside web applications and business systems, via instant messenger, RSS, email, or mobile device. Sameer also founded SpanStrategies Inc. in 2003, a business execution planning and brand execution boutique for leading hi-tech and consumer companies. Sameer is contributing to OSDV as a Strategic Development Advisor.
Patricia Rios
Rodney Thayer is a longtime information security proffessional, consultant, review, developer, and IETF contributor on several efforts. Rodney is a key developer in the SHARP Project at OSDV.
Board of Directors
Peter Harter, Esq. is VP Public Affairs at Intellectual Ventures. Having been on the Internet since 1986, Peter's broad range of activities includes non-profits, consumer & enterprise software, digital music, security software, start-up consulting, angel investing, political fund-raising, lobbying, government sales, and corporate development. At OSDV, Peter serves on the board, and advises on technology public policy matters.
Dr. Michael Henry
Fran Maier is the Executive Director and President of TRUSTe, the leading brand in online privacy. Fran brings 15+ years of experience building consumer brands and enhancing consumer trust, as well as experience in Internet communities and non-profits. At OSDV, Fran serves on the board, and advises on brand- and community-building activities and non-profit operations.
Stacey Paynter brings over 25 years of experience to her work in marketing strategy, communications planning, and brand management. Previously CEO of Publicis Dialog, the San Francisco office of the fourth largest, global communications firm, consultant through her company Strategic Connections, LLC. At OSDV, Stacey serves on the board, and advises on non-profit corporate identity, public relations, and communications.
